Job Summary:

Vacancies Available:

1. Senior Accountant:

  • Manage all aspects of the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts to ensure adequate funding for operational requirements.
  • Coordinate annual budgeting processes and provide support to department heads in budget preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance and training as needed.

2. Admin Assistant:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Respond to inquiries from staff, students, and parents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the administration.

3. Marketing Assistant:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the school’s programs and activities.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate promotional events and campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

4. Assistant School Bursar:

  • Support the School Bursar in managing financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting.
  • Process payments and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with payroll administration and employee benefits coordination.
  • Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support during audits and financial reviews as needed.

5. Swimming Instructor:

  • Plan and deliver swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Ensure the safety of students at all times during swimming activities.
  • Assess students’ swimming abilities and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Organize and supervise swimming competitions and events.
  • Maintain swimming equipment and facilities in a clean and safe condition.

6. Head Chef:

  • Plan menus and prepare nutritious and delicious meals for students, staff, and guests.
  • Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation, cooking, and serving operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Create special menus for events and accommodate dietary restrictions as necessary.

7. School Matron:

  • Provide pastoral care and support to students, including assisting with personal hygiene, health care, and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment in the boarding house or dormitory.
  • Coordinate with school nurses and other staff members to address students’ medical needs.
  • Supervise students’ activities outside of class hours and enforce school rules and regulations.
  • Serve as a positive role model and mentor for students, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

8. School Drivers/Mechanic:

  • Transport students, staff, and visitors safely to and from school and other designated locations.
  • Maintain school vehicles in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance procedures.
  • Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting on vehicles as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with traffic laws and school transportation policies.
  • Assist with other duties related to facility maintenance and operations as assigned.
