Available Positions
1. Banqueting Manager
Position Title: Banqueting Manager
Salary Range: KES 120,000 – KES 150,000 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, performance bonuses, professional development opportunities, paid time off
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of all banquets and events
- Coordinate with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Manage banquet staff and schedules
- Ensure high standards of food quality and service
- Handle budgeting and financial planning for events
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience in banquet management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
2. Restaurant Manager
Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Salary Range: KES 100,000 – KES 130,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Supervise restaurant staff and schedules
- Oversee inventory and supply management
- Implement health and safety standards
Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
3. Restaurant Cashier
Position Title: Restaurant Cashier
Salary Range: KES 30,000 – KES 50,000 per month

- Handle customer payments and transactions
- Maintain accurate cash registers and records

- 1+ years of experience in cash handling or customer service

4. Mixologist
Position Title: Mixologist
Salary Range: KES 60,000 – KES 80,000 per month

- Create and serve a variety of cocktails and drinks
- Develop new and innovative drink recipes
- Ensure high standards of drink presentation and service

- Experience as a mixologist or bartender
- Creative flair and a passion for mixology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
