You will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts, with a direct report to the Sales & Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities
As a Property Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be entrusted with the following key duties:
- Lead Generation and Sales Pipeline Development:
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
- Generate a pipeline of sales prospects through various channels.
- Convert leads into sales by closing deals with potential customers.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with converted clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous engagement.
- Provide after-sales support and guide clients until they receive their titled deed.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey, fostering loyalty and long-term engagement with Optiven.
- Brand Advocacy:
- Represent and support the Optiven brand in all interactions, both online and offline.
- Maintain a positive image of the company while aligning with its core values and mission.
- Other Duties:
- Perform any other related tasks as required by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
These responsibilities will enable you to develop both professionally and personally while contributing to the broader goals of Optiven.
Requirements for the Property Sales & Marketing Executive Role
To be considered for the Property Sales & Marketing Executive role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualifications:
- A Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Marketing from a reputable institution.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a sales/marketing role, with a preference for candidates with experience in the real estate sector.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in the use of Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
- Must have a strong understanding of current trends in the real estate sector.
- A tech-savvy individual with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
- Proven communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as part of a team.
- A self-starter with minimal supervision required and the flexibility to meet business demands.
- An excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
In addition to the above qualifications, the ideal candidate will be an active social media user with a minimum of 2000 followers across platforms. This is an important requirement to ensure that you can effectively reach potential clients through online marketing.
