1. Sous Chef

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable dining experiences, showcasing creativity and precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in kitchen operations
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure food quality standards
  • Develop new menu items and recipes
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and trends

2. Pastry Chef
