1. Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Manager to oversee the daily operations at Ambo’s Villa. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the villa, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of housekeepers, cleaners, and kitchen staff.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

2. House Keeper

Job Summary

We are looking for House Keepers who are detail-oriented and dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our guest rooms and common areas.
