Job Positions Available

1. Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more customers.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.

2. Supervisors

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in daily operations.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of the waitstaff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Address customer concerns and feedback.
• Train new employees and monitor their performance.

3. Waiters/Waitresses

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on the dishes.
• Take and serve food and drink orders accurately.

4. Head Chef
