Introduction

Modeled after leading Swiss and American hotel schools, our hotel aims to be the first in the Great Lakes region to deliver an exceptional guest experience through innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. We boast 45 rooms, including a luxurious penthouse with a panoramic view, junior suites with kitchenettes, deluxe superior rooms with Jacuzzis, and state-of-the-art facilities like conference rooms, fine dining restaurants, coffee shops, a fitness center, spa, swimming pool, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our dedicated team, you will be expected to:
- Provide Exceptional Service: Ensure that all guests receive outstanding service, enhancing their overall experience.
- Maintain High Standards: Uphold the hotel’s standards for quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other departments to achieve the hotel’s objectives.
- Demonstrate Leadership: For managerial positions, lead and motivate your team to perform at their best.

Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for professionals with the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related fields.
- Experience: Relevant experience in a 4-star or above hotel is mandatory:
- General Manager: At least 5 years’ experience.
- Other Positions: At least 3 years’ experience.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership skills, especially for managerial roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
- Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining high standards across all areas of responsibility.
