Available Careers & opportunities
1.HR Consultancy
1. Conduct annual organizational evaluations and talent gap analysis
2. Facilitate goal setting and alignment with strategy
3. Perform monthly performance evaluations and coaching
4. Hold quarterly meetings with Board and CEO
5. Set up and manage in-house payroll system
The ideal candidate should have relevant education in HR, Psychology, or Business Management, with proven experience in organizational assessment and performance management.
