1. Credit Analyst

Job Type: Three (3) year Contract

Job Purpose: As a Credit Analyst at Consolidated Bank, you will play a pivotal role in our lending operations. Reporting directly to the Manager, Credit Analysis, you will be tasked with evaluating loan applications, assessing associated risks, and ensuring compliance with our credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Analyze credit data and financial statements to assess risk levels for loan applicants.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the Bank’s credit policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical support to branch business development teams on credit-related matters.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Board and Management papers regarding credit matters.

2. Internal Audit Officer

Job Type: Three (3) year Contract

Job Purpose: As an Internal Audit Officer, you will contribute to the enhancement of Consolidated Bank’s operations by providing independent assurance and consulting services. Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will evaluate management controls, conduct audits, and make recommendations to improve efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Conduct assurance reviews of banking operations and activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of management controls.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual audit plan.
  • Execute audit engagements according to accepted standards.

3. Bancassurance Officer: Consolidated Bank

Job Type: Three (3) year Contract

Job Purpose: The Bancassurance Officer will oversee the underwriting functions of Consolidated Bank’s bancassurance operations. Reporting to the Principal Officer, Bancassurance, you will ensure efficient service delivery and maintain underwriting standards while providing quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and mentor underwriting teams to achieve production goals.
  • Identify and mitigate portfolio risks.
  • Coordinate marketing strategies with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage customer service issues and claims settlement.
  • Provide competitive quotations and manage memberships.

Qualifications and Competencies:
