Key Responsibilities
Waiter/Waitress:
- Provide exceptional table service to guests.
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of dining areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and offer menu suggestions.
Barman:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Interact with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
F&B Service Supervisor:
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage service team.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the kitchen staff.
Housekeeping Supervisor:
- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness of the resort.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address guest complaints and ensure swift resolution.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Education: Diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in the hospitality industry or a related field.
- Age Requirement: Minimum 28 years old.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
