Position 1: Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales and enhancing the digital presence of Generations Electronics & Allied LTD (GEA). You will be responsible for managing the company’s e-commerce platform, executing digital marketing strategies, and optimizing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the GEA website.
- Manage the GEA e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing for conversion.
- Create and manage engaging content across all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company blog.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate with the sales and product teams to align online marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and manage online customer feedback and reviews to improve brand reputation.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve the company’s search engine rankings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Position 2: Sales Person with Hospitality Experience
Location: Nanyuki, Kenya
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Person with a background in hospitality to join our team in Nanyuki. The ideal candidate will have a knack for customer service, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and a passion for electronics.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate electronics and appliances.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Assist in maintaining the sales floor, including product displays, pricing, and promotional materials.

The successful candidate will have experience in both accounting and hospitality, ensuring that financial records are accurate and compliant with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the company’s hospitality division, including budgeting and financial forecasting.

Position 4: Safaricom Express Customer Care Reps
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Job Summary
As a Safaricom Express Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Safaricom products and services at Generations Electronics & Allied LTD (GEA). Your role will be to provide top-notch customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding Safaricom products, services, and billing.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information about product features and help customers select the products that best meet their needs.
- Process transactions, including SIM card registrations, mobile money transactions, and bill payments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Safaricom offerings and promotions.
- Document and report customer feedback to help improve service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
