As the Office Administrator II, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to senior officers. Key Responsibilities

  • Document Preparation: Prepare and process a variety of documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Correspondence Management: Compose and format correspondences for senior officers, including proofreading and assembling reports.
  • Scheduling: Manage the senior officer’s diary, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and preparing meeting files.
