Position Overview:

As a Procurement Officer/Scaffolder/Steel Fixer/Mason/Carpenter/Welder/Fitter/HSE Officer/Nurse/HR Officer/HR Assistant/Quantity Surveyor/Control & Instrumentation Electrical Engineer/Chainman/Chainlady/Leveller at Spring Yield Limited, you will play a vital role in our mission to deliver high-quality energy and construction projects. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Officer: Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services required for projects.
• Scaffolders: Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
• Steel Fixers: Install and secure steel reinforcements according to engineering specifications.
• Masons: Construct and repair brickwork and other masonry structures.
• Carpenters: Fabricate and install wooden structures and fixtures.
• Welders/Fitters: Perform welding and fitting tasks to assemble and install metal components.
• HSE Officers: Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on-site.
• Nurse: Provide medical assistance and emergency response services to employees as needed.
• HR Officer: Manage human resources functions such as recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• HR Assistant: Support HR initiatives and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Quantity Surveyor: Estimate project costs, prepare tender documents, and evaluate contractor bids.
• Control & Instrumentation Electrical Engineer: Design, install, and maintain electrical control systems for industrial projects.
• Chainman/Chainlady: Assist surveyors with measurements and other surveying tasks on-site.
• Leveller: Ensure accurate leveling of surfaces using surveying equipment and techniques.
