Overview: Reporting to the Accounts and HR Officer, the Operations Assistant will play a pivotal role in providing administrative and financial support to optimize service delivery and achieve corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Operations and Administration Roles
- Manage day-to-day operations and administrative tasks with precision.
- Oversee all aspects of office management to ensure a conducive working environment.
- Take charge of office equipment repairs and IT network maintenance.
- Ensure timely printing of company reports and related documents.
- Implement asset tagging and efficient distribution.
B. Finance and Accounting Roles
- Process staff expense claims and meticulously track courier expense claims.
- Manage the payment of statutory obligations and deposit supplier cheques.
- Assist in annual audit preparation and coordinate audit files and schedules.
- Organize filing and scanning of finance and admin documents as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Degree qualification.
- Minimum of a CPA Part 1. Higher accounting qualifications are advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Operations, Finance & Admin in a busy office.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks.
- Immediate availability.
