Key Responsibilities
As a Waiter at Kicheche Camp Limited, your primary responsibilities will include:
Preparing Service Areas
- Setting up tables with plates, cutlery, silverware, and glasses.
- Stocking service areas with necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Welcoming and Assisting Guests
- Greeting and escorting guests to their tables with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Providing detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and recommendations.
Serving Food and Beverages
- Serving food and beverages in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Presenting menus to guests and answering any questions about menu items.
Maintaining Service Standards
- Cleaning and resetting tables promptly after guests’ departure.
- Upholding health and safety regulations throughout service.
Handling Guest Concerns
- Addressing guest complaints effectively and escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Liaising with kitchen staff and management to resolve problems efficiently.
Ensuring Guest Satisfaction
- Checking with guests during their meals to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Taking corrective actions to address any issues raised by guests.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background
- Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Service.
- Formal training in Food and Beverage Service.
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a waiter/waitress in a similar setting.
Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and F&B products and services.
- Basic wine knowledge.
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
