Key Responsibilities
- Tailored Dashboard Creation:
Design and deliver customized Power BI dashboards for diverse stakeholders, providing actionable insights for teams in Marketing, Evaluation and Impact, Programs, and Fundraising. - Data Analysis:
Utilize Python (pandas) and SQL to clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to assess user interactions and program impact. - Digital Analytics:
Leverage digital platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) to inform strategic decisions about products, interventions, and outcomes. - Database Management:
Oversee Azure-based data warehousing infrastructure, ensuring efficient storage, organization, and retrieval of critical information. - Innovative Tool Adoption:
Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging tools and technologies to enhance data analysis processes and improve outcomes. - Impact Reporting:
Present data insights through clear and engaging research presentations, tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Documentation:
Accurately document methodologies, processes, and findings for reproducibility and future reference. - Cross-Regional Collaboration:
Coordinate data analysis workstreams across multiple geographies, fostering effective communication within multicultural teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field preferred. - Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Python (pandas) and SQL for data analysis.
- Extensive experience using Azure and Power BI as part of a data architecture.
- Experience working with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics).
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven project management and organizational skills.
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in data analysis or a related field.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality research presentations and briefings for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate workstreams across multiple geographies.
