Key Responsibilities

Ships Agency Intern (Mombasa)

  • Support day-to-day operations and liaise with port authorities for smooth coordination.
  • Assist in the documentation and processing of ships’ cargo records.
  • Monitor and communicate with vessel crews to ensure adherence to safety and port regulations.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing and report preparation.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve logistical issues.

Sales Intern (Mombasa)

  • Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and tracking sales leads.
  • Support customer relationship management and contribute to sales presentations.
  • Participate in data analysis to drive strategic sales insights.
  • Develop effective communication materials for client outreach.

Warehouse Intern (Mombasa)

  • Manage inventory records and support stock movement tracking.
