Key Responsibilities
As the Field Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Team Building and Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of commission-based sales agents.

- Sales Support and Training:

- Ensure that field agents receive adequate stock in a timely manner by liaising with local shop administrators.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on sales initiatives and team performance to the Area Sales Manager.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities, sharing insights with management to inform strategy.
- Customer Engagement:
- Follow up with customers who are behind on loan repayments, ensuring a proactive approach to maintaining good relationships and encouraging timely payments.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Experience:
- A minimum of four years of experience in sales or micro-finance.
- Proven experience working in rural areas is required.
- Management Skills:
