Job Summary

The primary purpose of the Production Worker role is to assist in various production tasks on a need basis. This is a casual position ideal for individuals seeking flexible work arrangements in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Production Tasks

• Capping, Sleeving, Carton Sealing, and Packaging: Execute various production tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor.
• Issue Reporting: Promptly report any issues or discrepancies to the Supervisor to ensure smooth production processes.
• Adherence to Safety Procedures: Follow all laid down safe working procedures. Remember, ‘Safety First’ in everything you do.

Housekeeping and Safety

• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure that the working area is clean, tidy, orderly, and safe at all times.
• Hazard Reporting: Use safe working practices and always report hazardous conditions.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Use all required safety gears and PPEs.

Additional Tasks

• Perform any other tasks to support the business plan as and when required to achieve company business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: O-level Certificate with a minimum of KCSE grade D+.
• Experience: At least one year of work experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in lotion production and packaging.
