Job Summary

As a Software Implementations Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery and implementation of ERP solutions, with a strong foundation in accounting. This role involves project management, training, and support to ensure clients receive top-notch service. Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Implementation: Oversee the entire ERP implementation process, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  • Client Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on the use of ERP software, ensuring they can fully leverage its features.
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their systems run smoothly.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple ERP implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring each project meets its deadlines and client expectations.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of implementations, training sessions, and support interactions to ensure continuity and quality of service.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

Qualifications

  • Education: Completed CPA (K) part 3 (section 6) or ACCA. A bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Candidates who have finished their internship will be considered. No diploma holders will be considered.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficient in accounting principles and financial reporting.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce and software packages.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Male candidates preferred due to the nature of the work.
    • Age between 24-28 years old.
    • Must be willing to accept a stipend during the accreditation period (3-6-9 months).
    • Must not be studying or intending to study further.
    • Only applicants living and working within Nairobi should apply.
