Role Overview

As a Videographer/Photographer Intern, you will be trained to conceptualize, develop, and execute multimedia productions for digital marketing. Working closely with our creative and Digital Marketing teams, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality visual content that enhances our brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Collaborate with the Design and Marketing team to understand specifications and develop creative concepts.
• Image and Video Capture: Capture and process images and videos to meet desired outcomes.
• Post-Production: Enhance image and video quality using various post-production methods.
• Equipment Maintenance: Use and maintain both modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses, etc.).
• Scene Arrangement: Arrange objects, scenes, lighting, and backgrounds according to specifications.
• Directing Subjects: Direct and guide shooting subjects to achieve the best results.
• Archiving: Archive photographic images and maintain a well-organized database.
• Best Practices: Maintain an in-depth understanding of photography and videography best practices and procedures.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Strong videography and/or photography skills.
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite with an eagerness to learn new tools.
• Creative Storytelling: A solid understanding of creative storytelling.
• Educational Background: Education in multimedia production, photography, videography, visual communication design, or related fields.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing practices.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work with design and communications teams to meet marketing requirements.
• Trend Awareness: Passion for current communication design trends and technologies.
• Growth Mindset: Eagerness for personal growth and continuous learning.
• Bonus Skills: Copywriting skills are a plus.
