Position 1: F&B Supervisor

Position Summary:

As an F&B Supervisor at Davana Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and support to deliver impeccable service to our guests. From overseeing daily operations to managing inventory and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, you will contribute to the overall success of our F&B department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
  • Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold quality standards at all times.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menus and promotions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of F&B outlets to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
  • Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in food and beverage operations.

From taking orders and serving meals to providing recommendations and addressing guest needs, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, providing menus and suggesting daily specials.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, entering them into the POS system promptly.
  • Serve meals and beverages according to established service standards, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests for additional items or special accommodations.
  • Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Process payments and issue receipts accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions with integrity.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for the next guest.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and seamless service.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a waiter or server in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred.

Position 3: Cook

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and recipes.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards at all times.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute menus for special events and promotions.
  • Monitor cooking equipment and report any maintenance issues or malfunctions.
  • Assist with the training and development of junior kitchen staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/out procedures.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process reservations and cancellations accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns promptly, escalating issues as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, and data entry.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
