POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Age Range: 25 to 35
• Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Housekeeping Supervisor:

• Oversee and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely room turnovers and guest satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce hotel cleanliness standards and procedures.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to maintain high-quality service standards.

Restaurant Supervisor:

• Supervise restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
