The Candidate

Key Responsibilities
Front Office and General Office Management
- Be the face of iColo – facilitate facility access and welcome customers.
- Assist with petty cash management and reconciliation.
- Handle employee expense reports for reimbursement.
- Manage office calendars, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
- Efficiently handle telephone inquiries, visitors, and document filing.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and document filing.
- Oversee office supplies inventory.
- Ensure timely renewals of subscriptions and memberships.
- Respond to customer calls, explain solutions, and provide exceptional service.
- Log customer calls in the portal system.
- Assign tickets and calls to the appropriate queue.
- Collaborate with data center Facilities Manager and engineers to meet SLAs.
- Utilize customer portal and business tools effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers and team members through open communication.
- Generate monthly Icolo Service Center reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to Data Center and company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Communication or equivalent experience in customer service.
- IT background is a plus.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to multitask effectively.

- Market knowledge with basic data center understanding.
