Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to ensure profitability and growth.
- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance.
- Monitor and control cash flow, expenditures, and cost allocations.
- Ensure financial risk management through proper controls and policies.
2. Operations & Business Efficiency
- Lead and streamline finance, procurement, HR, and administration functions.
- Develop business models and operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee logistics, supply chain management, and vendor relationships.
- Implement technology-driven solutions for operational excellence.
3. HR Administration & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax filings, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee payroll processing, employee contracts, and performance management.
- Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Lead internal and external audits to maintain financial integrity.
- Establish operational risk mitigation frameworks.
5. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor teams across finance, procurement, and HR.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.
- Drive continuous process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) is an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a senior finance and operations role, preferably in the design and construction industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in financial planning, project accounting, and procurement operations.
- Leadership & Decision-Making: Proven ability to lead teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Analytical & Process Optimization: Strong ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and implement process improvements.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in financial and business management software.
