Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Intern, your primary responsibilities include:
- Engaging in proactive communication with insurance agencies via WhatsApp to address underwriting issues.
- Promptly responding to inquiries from insurance agencies and agent leaders, ensuring comprehensive and helpful answers.
- Facilitating swift policy extensions and renewals while maintaining exceptional Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Providing daily support to users, guiding them on effectively utilizing the Incourage app.
- Compiling and prioritizing agent feedback to create actionable backlogs for continuous app improvement.
- Collaborating with the product team to enhance app functionality, relaying user feedback constructively and courteously.
- Assisting with additional duties as required to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- A strong passion for customer experience and collaborative improvements.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry, including products, coverage options, and risk management principles.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or the insurance sector (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
