Key Responsibilities
Position 1: Technical Advisors
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on Peugeot vehicles.
- Conduct detailed diagnostics and recommend effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the repair and maintenance teams to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Peugeot technologies and trends.
Position 2: Accident & Bodyshop Repair Foremen
- Oversee accident and bodyshop repair processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and support staff.
- Liaise with insurance companies and clients to manage repair estimates and timelines.
- Conduct quality control checks to deliver exceptional results.
Position 3: Painters & Finalists
- Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring proper surface treatment and application techniques.
- Apply paint coatings to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with customer specifications and company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
General Requirements for All Positions:
- A diploma or degree in Technical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostic tools and software (for Technical Advisors).
- Supervisory experience in bodyshop operations (for Accident & Bodyshop Repair Foremen).
- Expertise in advanced painting techniques and materials (for Painters & Finalists).
